There are many resources for low (and no) income families, but you're failed to mention where you are.Resources vary by country, state, province, county, etc. Contact your local government office for questions regarding public assistance.

There are a lot of programs for single mother out there, you can search from the internet for those programs. Also, you can apply for scholarship for your studies, there are many websites that offer scholarship for single mother, all you need to do is to choose.

I think your best option is to get scholarship for studies and I think you will get it easily as you are single parent and find many earning option on net like articleship and web development so that you can work from your home and also take care of your baby and another is that you can that start teaching your juniors in your college at your home or in the college campus.

I know it might be a bit too late for this, but...

I'm assuming your baby is going to need a lot of NICU care, and that means time in a major hospital. Most hospitals have benevolence programs to help those parents who must stay with their children but don't have the money to do so.

There is also the Ronald McDonald House, which is meant for parents in your situation. My twin brothers were born very premature, and they were in a hospital far from home. The Ronald McDonald House was an absolute godsend. If you need a place to stay, call them.
