Re: Breakfast
Gabrielle you are correct you should always eat breakfast in the morning. It is the most important meal of the day. I always try to have at least a piece of toast. My favorite breakfast food it cheese toast. All I do is put a piece of cheese on a slice of bread and put it in the toaster oven, very transportable.

Re: Breakfast
Also, eating breakfast is important. For you to start your day, a heavy meal should be taken. According to what I read, brain and body needs glucose especially in the morning in which intense works are on the go.

Re: Breakfast
They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I am a preschool teacher and I do believe that. If kids get a good meal they do better all day long.

Re: Breakfast
Oatmeal for breakfast is the best way to start your day. Plain uncooked oat flakes carry several benefits such as insoluble fiber properties that fight cancer, reduces LDL cholesterol, people that eat plenty of oatmeal are less likely to develop heart disease and oats have many nutrients like vitamin E, zinc, iron and protein. Besides oatmeal sticks with you longer. However you must eat the old fashion uncooked type of oatmeal as opposed to the instant type. It may take a little longer to prepare the uncooked oatmeal but the benefits out weigh the time. Adding raisins, brown sugar, dry fruit or nuts can increase the taste and enjoyability.

Re: Breakfast
Another good option for breakfast is eggs. However you like to eat them, they're good for you because they have protein and that helps keep you full for longer. If you're short on time in the mornings, hard boiling a few of them and keeping them in the fridge for snacks or a breakfast addition is an easy way to still get them in your diet without having to get up earlier.
