I am a single mom to my beautiful daughter of 2mnths. Her father and I arent together and he hardly comes around. But recently hes been calling me demanding that next month he wants to take the baby for a week everyother week. We've never been married, just dated for numberous years. He did sign the birth certificate and she does have his last name. My question is if him ans I were to indead go to court would he get particial custody of her or any rights to her? And if i were to move to another state what can happen and how can i get full custody of her if I don't have it already. Thank you
