going to be homeless in a week... Help?

I don't know what to do....I'm 29 a single mom of a beautiful 3 yr old little girl.... no income.... 5 years ago i was convicted of a drug felony, the day of my final sentencing is when I found out i was pregnant. I have been drug free for almost 2 years now.... her biological father is not in the picture, he wont even pay child support... i have no car. My only family, my parents are divorced with problems of their own and cannot help me. I live in Kentucky and because of my felony cannot receive any housing assistance that i know of, and only $200/ month in food benefits . I have 4 dollars to my name... I don't know what to do....
