I got my period, but it hasnt been as heavy. I have been sexually active yet always use condoms,can i be preg?

I had this really huge attitude about abstinence, and was completely for it. But till 3 weeks ago, me and my partner decided to go ahead and take it to the next level. My biggest fear is being pregnant. I wish i could go to my mom and talk to her about this, but thats completely impossible. Although i used protection every single time, and will definitley continue this way. I fear that i could be pregnant. I got my period yesturday, but usually i get it heavy. Its really not. So i dont know. My partner thinks i am just wayyy to paranoid, which i def. can be. But who knows! HELP Me someone!

If you're having a period then you're not pregnant. Keep using protection and go to a clinic somewhere that is anonymous and get yourself on some birth control but continue with the condoms as well. Condoms aren't always fool proof but being on the pill can help with reassurance.

I think its your nerves. It happened to my friend when she thought she was pregnant. But if you still think you are go to the doctor or get a test.

You're most likely not pregnant, but the only way to be SURE is to take a pregnancy test, which can be purchased at a discreet location if you're worried about someone seeing you. Also, depending on what state/country you live in, there are free clinics, such as Planned Parenthood, that offer confidential services such as free birth control pills. Good job on always using a condom, and hopefully it's for the ENTIRE duration of intercourse (i.e., before penetration of any kind occurs) as that allows the condom to be most effective. Also, if you're using lubricants, make sure they are water, not silicone, based, as silicone can erode latex.

You wont be pregnant if he is using a condom providing the condom did not split, to be double sure I would use a spermicide cream on yourself to maximise protection.

You can check if you are pregnant by having a pregnancy test, it is 99% accurate, but sometimes stress can be a reason for the delay or for having a light period.

I think you shouldn't be worried as you got periods because it is impossible to get periods when you are pregnant and if you are still not satisfied then you may have a pregnancy test so that your doubts are clear and you stop woorying more and I advice that you strictly use protection next time.
