Are you a hands on parent or do you have a baby sitter?

At first I find it hard to become a hands on mom alone. But now, I get used to it and I have my mother to help me take care of my baby. How about yours, do you have a baby sitter or a hands on parent to your baby? And can you still do your work at home job even if you are a hands on parent?

I have my parents helping me to take care of my child and I can do my job tension free and I am quite happy and feel lucky as many of the people have this problem of handling their babies along with their jobs.Previosly when my mother was abroad I use to keep my baby at a baby sitter but I was in tension allday about my child.
