That is true, the government will secure the student bank loan for you, but if you get behind on your payments or don’t pay the government will not lend you anymore money. It has been my experience that all loans are contingent upon good credit. If your credit is not up to par,you will need a cosigner. Fanni Mae loans are guaranteed if you have the credit to get one.

Shonny, I have never had bad credit so I am not sure on that. For some reason I am thinking student loans are different then just a personal loan. Now that you have my mind wondering I am going to have to check into bad credit/ student loans.
