Being a single mother you can receive Grants for Single Moms, and you can also contact
TANF who help provide Temporary Assistance for Needy Families.
You can also seek state assistance.

I’m a single mother of three, the last couple of years have been roughon me due to the economy. I have so many skills and a hard worker but can’t seem to find a job that I can support me and my children. Or if i get a job it doesn’t pay enough so I can’t afford daycare for my youngest, who is 2 yrs. I currently live with my step father and mother. And its not a positive or perm enviroment. I really need some assistant, I not looking for a hand out I’m willing to work. I currently live in Virginia, but I am willing to relocate if I can find employment. currently I have no money coming in. i do have child supoort cases but the father only sends in $90 a month and because he is paying something DCSE won’t take him to court for a show cause.Is there anything that I can do?

Hello, I have a friend who has two children one autism and the other has sickle- a -cell, their ages are 6 and 4, she livesin a Section 8 apartment in Brooklyn she currently sign a lease and is moving to Maryland but need fininacial help. She is moving because her apatment has so many violation and she has family in Maryland she also found a doctor and programs to help her children which are easy to excess rather then the heck problem of trying to get the children the help they need in so far a part locations. Please send places for assistance.

I am asking someone to help me get a real Social worker so that i can get what I need they cancelled my case and I m waiting to find out out why. But in the meantime, by Feb I want to be somewhere far away from here. I have a great planI need to get me and my daughter out of here but evertime I try I end up right where I started. I can not stay here anymore she is ripping me to shreds and I just can’t take anymore. So please someone can just show me the way I want to be in well I’d rather not say till I speak with someone, I don’t want her to find us. Please point me in the right direction I ‘m begging for help. Thank you Dawn I need legal, financial help. And some other things I will explain.
