Hello im a single mother of a 5 month old boy and we r living with my grandmother. She smokes and i desperately wanna get my son out of this unhealthy environment but i dont have a job! Are there any programs that can help me get into a place on my own?

There is always the option of getting a loan if you need money right away to float you for just a little while until you can get back on your feet … unfortunately, on such short notice, you most likely would be unable to get any government assistance. You might also check into credit unions and local charities to see what they can do.

Me and my boyfriend have a beautiful 3 month old baby girl. We have a huge problem though. We have until 4/29 to find somewhere to live and i just lost my job. Any suggestions on what we can do?

I am 17 years old and i have a seven month old, and i can NOT find a job. but the other teenagers who have noone to take care of and no reponsibility this big get jobs and spend their money on partying and nothing important. i have a child who is depending on me and i can not even get a job to support my child on my own!

It is so amazing that all these programs is out there to help single mothers, but when you do inquire about them you do not have an emergency. I am a single mother with a 3 children. I just inherited nephew. I a have 19 year old in college. I do not have a job but look faithfully on the computer everyday and still I can not get any help. My electric bill was so high that I could not afford to pay it but some how God mad a temporary fix. We sit and judge these individuals thatdo thing in society have we sat back and say how could I have help that person? Asking for help is humiliating but God says to humble yourself and that humilation dervise from the word humble, so that is a good thing. Help if you can God knows your heart.
